Welcome to October! One of the best months of the year! The trees are beautiful colors, the mosquitoes are gone and comfort foods like pumpkin pie, beef stew and apple cider all seem to taste better after the long, hot summer.

This month, we're offering some special items!

First, we'd like to announce our October cupcake of the month: WHITE CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN- a moist pumpkin pie infused cake spiked with nutmeg and cinnamon loaded with rich white chocolate buttercream icing and topped with a single candy corn. Thank you to those of you who took our poll and voted for this variety! Check out this month's poll to vote for November's cupcake!

Another special item this month is a family favorite of our very own cake designer, Jess. It's a great cookie recipe that goes back YEARS in her family. During October ONLY, Papa's Sugar Cookies are available by the dozen for $15.00. These are the most unique and delicious sugar cookies you'll ever taste, topped with orange buttercream and candy corns.

We're also offering Halloween designed cupcakes for this month only. We will be posting pictures of the designs soon, so stay tuned to see what we have cooking in our cauldron for you! One of the designs will be our "brain cakes"-any flavor cupcake with flesh toned buttercream icing emulating a brain design! Creepy, but delicious! Get yours ordered for your Halloween parties!

At the end of this month, we're launching our NEW speciality cupcake flavors. We're perfecting these recipes this month so we can offer you the best tasting cupcake you've ever had! Since these flavors are one of a kind, when you order them, they will only be available by the dozen in one flavor. So, go in on a dozen with some friends, or get a dozen each and split 2 flavors! Until we have a storefront to sell these one at a time, we can only offer our flavors in larger quantities. Thanks for your understanding!

A ladybug inspired 1st birthday cake

During September, we were VERY busy baking and decorating (some of our cakes are featured here for the first time completed in September). In fact, we were probably a little TOO busy. Since we're still moms, wives and employees with other companies, too...we have to be careful about not biting off more than we can chew, literally. We just love our cakes so much that we've given up sleep, social events and even eating to get them done for our customers.

guitar made with dad's favorite...red velvet!

We hate to admit it, but we
have limited time and space in our weekends to complete cake orders, so if you want to order one of our elaborate, detailed and one-of-a-kind cakes, please give us at LEAST 2 weeks notice.

Our cakes generally start around $85.00 in price and the average cost of our cakes we've designed for customers since June is $105.00. We just didn't want any of you to have sticker shock...this is our going rate these days, and we promise WE ARE WORTH IT!

Your party goers will ooh and ahh not only at the showcase of the cake, but the taste is out of this world, too! We make our own buttercream from fresh ingredients, never canned or pre-made! Our cakes are fresh out of the oven, never frozen and tested for tender centers! We pride ourselves in presenting you with a cake that looks as good as it tastes!
